I want to Thank Joyce for the excellent overall experience! From the consultation we had with Eric, the great product we received & the 5 star contractor we had. Paul Muresan was our installer and he went above and beyond on our project. It was not a cut & dry case. Our original set up was a cosmetic fix to all the problems underneath. And he left this house and project better than its original state. He was very knowledgeable, he made me aware of what was going on and what needed added attention. He also left with the area being very clean and looking like a new bathroom should! Thank you Paul, appreciate everything you did for us!

This company was the last to follow up from thumbtack. I was asked questions about my project and about my home address my email my phone number and then he said when would you like us to come out I said well I have a couple coming out tomorrow and sooner better. OK we have an opening at 2 o’clock I said great anybody else live in the house with you? Yes my wife will she be there no unfortunately she won’t he checked with his boss his boss said that was OK we booked the 2 o’clock I talked to the dispatcher people will be out at two. Got a call back sorry we’re not gonna come out we’ll do the design and estimate over the phone you can take the measurements and you can send us pictures. My wife doesn’t need to be here for someone to make an estimate I’m sorry. So they’re not coming, and at this point I could care less

Found rotted sheeting under a window that was installed by Joyce approximately 5 years ago. Called to have someone come and check the window installation. Mark and Adam came this morning, before appointment time, and checked for any problems. Found the problem, which was not related to their installation, and repaired it, even though it was not related. Additionally, they checked all our other windows to make sure they did not have the same issue. Issue was related to when siding was originally installed when home was built. Mark and Adam and Joyce Factory Direct went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied.
