FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide flat rate pricing. I do not charge by the hour, no matter how long it takes. On diagnostic situations, I go through levels of diagnostics. Price never changes without thorough explanation to my customer of what has transpired to change the situation. My pricing on some jobs may seem high but I provide a level of service in the home others cannot, I treat it as my own home and I am highly qualified in the piping industry from residential through industrial shut downs on nuclear power plants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain my process of thoroughly diagnosing any and all issues within their system and how I like to provide options for all things wrong, while making sure they understand there is no pressure, that I believe in exceptional levels of service to my customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 5 year apprenticeship program. I also have completed 6 years of trade school at NH School of Mechanical Trades, a Master Plumbers License in NH, ME, and a plumbing contractor license in OH.
