- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have some standard pricing for small events that can be found on our website. Larger events with more entertainers and longer hours require specific pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with them to find out what they want and what their budget is to get the most for their money. Once all is agreed on verbally we send a contract and ask for a 50% booking fee. The balance is to be paid before the event on an agreed upon date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Art education, and customer service. Lots of both!
