- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm always far on pricing . just the other day I went to do an estimate . homeowner was being told they need to tare down their chimney from roofline up. 4-9k depending on size.. definitely wasn't needed . we were able to reconstruct a new chimney cap with drip edge for under 3k and save this customer some money not to mention adding another 50 yrs of life to their chimney!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
