- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a phone consultation a date will be set to meet with the customer at the event venue to discuss specifics of services that can be offered followed by a written estimate for cost of services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a restaurant Manager for 14 years. My culinary training along with my many years of customer service experience gives my business a very professional and competitive edge.

My many years of culinary experience in the restaurant industry.
