Introduction: I love to see the vision I have inh head come to fruition. I will work tirelessly to crest that look until I get it right to create a complete transformation of the space. When the project is complete and I can see the glimmer in the sellers eyes when they have completely been overwhelmed by the changes we've made- that's when it's truly satisfying. I enjoy the work itself and it never feels like a job. It's just exhilarating!

Restyled by Rita was able to restyle our home by focusing on what appeals to the majority of the buying market, which includes lots of natural light and great flow throughout the house. By rearranging furniture and creating new focal points Rita made my house irresistible to new buyers. She picked up on the color palette I had already established in my house based on the visual cues, and carried it throughout the house tying each room together. We were loving our newly designed home so much, that if we weren't in need of more space we might have never moved. We'd hoped we'd find a buyer quickly, and we did! Our house was on the market one week before we got an offer at top dollar! Houses in our area were on the market for an average of 6 weeks so to get an offer the first week was fantastic. Several of the houses in our neighborhood had to drop their prices by 5-15 thousand dollars to find a buyer while we were able to accept our first offer without dropping our price. Investing the time and money upfront to stage your house does pay off in the long run. The first two weeks on the market is your best chance to sell. Everyone who toured our house commented on how well it showed, scoring a 4 out of 5. Our house sold quickly because it appealed to buyers and they could picture themselves living there. As a busy Mom of 3 I know life gets busy and restyling our home, for many of us, is not a priority. Rita was able to bring a fresh eye to rearrange our furniture and accessories to transform each room. Having Rita style or restyle a home gives it a breath of fresh air and charm. Teaching me tips along the way and using design elements that were already in my house made old rooms new again! We loved how Rita restyled our home to sell and can't wait to have her design and style our new home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been working up to this my whole life as I've helped friends and family with their design choices, paint colors, furniture placement etc. I've always had the ability to search for the right elements to put a room or a home together. My background in retail and Real Estate including new home sales had helped to sharpen my eye for design and detail. I also enjoy organization and can offer this service as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Restyling of current home/ reworking the home and updating the design with new accessories, paint, finishes and layout of furnishings, homr staging for sale , color and paint consultations, shopping services, vendor qualifications.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are on the same page and if you want to do some of the work yourself - set it up they way. Or if you prefer to have it completely done for you , let they be known as well!
