So happy I choose this company. Damian responded right away and when he was delayed ( another job ran long) he called before his scheduled time to say he would be a little late. He accessed the problem with my refrigerator, corrected it and gave suggestions on avoiding future problems. I appreciated that he was honest and didn't try to charge for unneeded parts. Problem solved and frigerator is humming quietly again.
