- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure that I understand exactly what the customer wants. Communication is key to us. I want to know what types of flooring you have and how long ago your home was professionally cleaned. I want to answer any questions that the customer may have and help to make them as comfortable as possible with the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in upper management for 10+ years. I know professionalism and what it takes to get the job done. I strive for perfection and have an eye for detail.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working my way up the ladder in my previous job, since college. I was doing the daily grind and working nights as well. It was taking me away from my family and I decided to take a plunge to get the opportunity to watch my kids grow up!
