FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a life-long learner. Every new client offers the opportunity to learn about a new industry, or market. From A-Z, automotive repair shops to yoga instruction. (OK,... A-Y.) I also take advantage of educational classes that are offered. These also help me improve my own business. It's a win-win. You have to remember, I'm a small business owner too.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to do something original. I wanted to work one-on-one with entrepreneurs and small business owners. I consider it my patriotic duty to improve the small business economy. Growing the economy is our only chance to stay ahead of the demographic pressures and rising cost curves that threaten our economic future. The future of this country depends on more people becoming more creative and starting their own businesses. I have a talent for staying focused on the monotonous, tedious, boring, research that hold most people back from moving forward with their dreams. I love helping others fulfill their dreams.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The first step is discovering what you really want to do and why. This is your vision and your mission. Knowing the real answers to this is the cornerstone of your foundation. Everything else builds off this. I do a lot of writing and helping people find the right words to tell their story, sell their products, and send the right signals. I help them identify their brand identity and maintain their brand integrity. I'm also great at finding answers and information about specific questions, or summarizing a report on specific subjects. Lead generation has been a service I didn't originally plan to provide, but it's very popular, especially B2B (business to business).
