- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters of Piano Pedagogy/Piano Performance. We frequently attend piano pedagogy conferences and do a lot of research into which method books and series that we use with our students, as well as finding new music pieces to study.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest finding out if your potential teacher teaches as a hobby, or if it is their main profession. I would suggest finding someone who has a lot of experience teaching privately and who has made it into a career. Since teaching is their main focus, these are the teachers that who should be able to provde the best quality instruction and care to the student.
