- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee for what I do. No hourly rates or per picture basis. This way we both know what we are getting into before we start. Upfront honest pricing so that no one gets ripped off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I have a nice long conversation with the customer to understand what they want and what is important to them. I then design a few things and send them to my customer to choose one. This opens a path in which we can tweak their logo until it is absolutely perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a laser engrave for quite a while. With that in mind logo design is part and parcel of the bigger picture. Plus if my customers want their logo on something I can serve them in that arena as well.
