- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide my pricing through the situation at hand plus materials. It is almost always a fixed price and we both agree on it before anything is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to build a great relationship with new clients. Make them feel welcome and never overwhelmed. Communication is key in this line of work and you always put everything on the table. No random fees or charges.
