- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
coupons: 4 Rooms for $139 (rooms larger than 175 sqft charged as an additional room). Sofa and loveseat $119 (additional fee for loose back pillows). Normal rates: 30 cents per square-foot for carpet cleaning. $16 per linear foot for upholstery cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I walk into a home, after meeting the customer, I like to inspect and measure the carpet. I then write a written quote, that way there are no hidden fees, or surprises for the customers. Once the quote is accepted, I then start the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning carpet, tile, and upholstery for 18 years for a very popular world wide carpet cleaning franchise..I have cleaned thousands of homes, and hundreds of offices. I have experience in all methods from Hot water extraction, Encapsulation, Padcapping,, CRB, all the way to host methods. My preference is my hybrid method, that is in between all but Host method. I am constantly learning and am a big part of several carpet and fabric cleaning educational groups. I strive to be the best at what I do. During my 18 years experience, I also spent 16 of them training new technicians for the field.
