Josh and his co-worker did a great job. He was very responsive and flexible as my schedule changed a few times and he was happy to work around it. They were thorough in getting everything out of my grandmas apartment and even made a box of possible valuable items they came across that I was unaware we left behind. I would highly recommend their services!

Top Shelf was professional and hard working! They helped us swap 3 rooms tonight. One piece of furniture was being extremely difficult to maneuver and they took the time to get it done for us. Will absolutely be calling them again!

Responded quickly to my job request. They were very nice and worked efficiently. Garage was swept and perfectly cleaned when they were finished. I would definitely recommend this company!

With COVID-19 I couldn’t schedule a pickup by the city trash department, so I hired Top Shelf to pick up an old sectional couch and I’m so glad I did! I contacted them in the morning and they were able to get an appointment for pickup the same day! They had some issues with their truck, but they communicated with me immediately when they knew there would be an issue. They discounted the pickup due to the delay, and they were very courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a price match guarantee!!!! We will beat any quote provided by a local, licensed and insured junk removal company. We also offer discounts to senior citizens, veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, landlords, property managers, and other real estate professionals! We are not cheap, but fair!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to chat about the customer's needs. I usually request a photo of the "junk"so I can give them an upfront quote! Then I like to go over pricing and explain how it works. Finally, we set up a day and time that works best for the customer!
