Kimberly is an amazing person and a true blessing! I met her about 6 months ago for massage due to a back injury. She was the 1st professional that I came upon that truly took the time to try to understand the root of the back pain. She truly wanted to help and ease my discomfort. She is currently working very deep on me to break up all the knots in my poor body. I am feeling better, which proves that she knows what she's talking about. During this time, we have gotten to know each other, although I felt an instant connection the first time we met. This has led to some life coaching work with her to heal not only my body, but my heart and soul as well. I have referred Kimberly to friends and family and will continue doing so! She's a gem!

In short, Kimberly is the only massage therapist I need and the first name I would give as a recommendation to anyone. I found Kimberly after trying several different massage therapists, and I've been going to her regularly ever since. She is far and away the best I've had the pleasure of working with, and has genuinely helped me in my fitness and athletic goals. She finds issues I was not consciously aware of, and I feel relief every time I see her. She has a very personalized approach to her work, and she always remembers what my goals are and the issues I'm working through (e.g. deadlifting specific muscle groups). She is very detail oriented and very personable. Kimberly is truly a gem. I followed her from her last place of employment once she decided to go independent, and I'd follow her wherever she decides to take her talents. As a bit of a side note, when visiting my family for the holidays, my aunt started going on about this fantastic therapist she found -- how she really helped her and was the best she had worked with. After talking with her a bit, it turns out she was talking about Kimberly, whom I had just discovered myself, indepedently. Too funny.

I work out around 5-6 times a week and really beat myself up. I was a mess and was constantly sore and stiff and it did not matter how much I would stretch before or after a workout, I was constantly in pain. Kimberly was recommended to me by my trainer at my gym and I decided to give her a try and it was the best decision I have made when it comes to taking care of my body in years. I have gone to other people to be worked on before and I would be good for about 3 days and then the pain would just come right back so I thought I was wasting my money and time. After my first session with Kimberly, I was blown away. She is brilliant at what she does. She really focuses on her clients and the session is always about you and what you need to have worked out and her work is the best I have had, hands down. She really works out your problems and it might hurt and you will be sore, but man the next day you feel like a new person. I will not go to anyone else, she is the best I have been to! Give her a shot, you will not be disappointed at all!

No, I don't becuase I do a myriad of work and sometimes it's in person or remotely and the cost varies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a free health/life consultation to see if we would be a 'good fit' for each other. There have been times I have recommended clients to seek out alternatives because of some differences. The reality is not everyone will mesh well together and I truly want people to get the best help that they can!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated as an Integrative Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I have completed many personal development programs to give people many tools and resources to help them in their journey. I work for an employee assistance program and do 1 on 1 coaching with clients as well as corporate presentations in nutrition, stress relief, general well-being and other topics. I got my massage license back in 2002 and have been practicing off and on since then. I passed the MBLEx, which is the national massage exam, 2 years ago to further my education. I have made it my major focus the past 2 years as well as Coaching others in nutrition, weight loss, stress relief and general well being. I specialize in deep tissue medical massage. I also do swedish, relaxation massage. My passion is truly helping people feel happy and healthy from the inside out :)))).
