- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Corporate Investigative Services of America, we believe in straightforward, transparent pricing with no surprises. Our standard investigative rate is between $100 and $125 per hour, with discounted rates available for larger investigations exceeding 20 hours. We also offer flat-fee pricing for certain services, including background investigations, asset searches, and locate investigations. Every case is different, so we take the time to understand your situation, discuss your objectives, and recommend a cost-effective investigative strategy. We provide an estimate before beginning work and will not exceed your authorized budget without your approval. We also offer a free initial consultation to discuss your situation and determine how we can help. Our goal is to provide professional investigative services at a reasonable cost while delivering meaningful results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, confidential consultation to learn about your situation, answer your questions, and determine what you're hoping to accomplish. With more than 40 years of experience in law enforcement and private investigations, we've learned that every case is unique and requires an individualized approach. Once we understand your objectives, we'll recommend an investigative strategy, explain the services involved, and provide a clear estimate of the costs. If you decide to move forward, we'll establish an investigative plan and begin gathering information through surveillance, background research, public records, interviews, or other appropriate investigative methods. Throughout the investigation, we maintain communication with our clients and provide updates as appropriate. Upon completion, we can provide a professional written report, along with relevant photographs, video, and supporting documentation when available. Confidentiality, professionalism, and honest communication are the foundation of how we work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our agency is led by an investigator with approximately 45 years of combined experience in law enforcement, corporate security, and private investigations. My professional background began with formal criminal justice studies and police academy training, followed by service as a law enforcement officer. Over the years, I've developed extensive experience in criminal investigations, surveillance, interviewing, background investigations, corporate investigations, and evidence gathering. I've also founded and operated investigative and background screening businesses serving individuals, attorneys, employers, and corporations throughout the country. Our investigative team includes professionals with backgrounds in law enforcement, military service, security, and related investigative disciplines. We combine traditional investigative experience with modern research tools and technology to deliver thorough, professional results.
