Seeing Completely PC from the outside may appear as an ordinary place and being small one may think it would be expensive but don't judge the book by it's cover. Once I walked in I was greeted by Rick. He began to ask me what he could help me with and I explained to him that I had two laptops that are acting weird either by pop ups, programs that don't want to run, among other things. Rick offered me a cup of coffee and said let's sit down and see whats going on and what we can do to get things running back to normal. During this time we talked about family and shared knowledge on what each other knows about computers. Me being old school and out dated on things I used to know Rick took the time to fill me in on whats happening with computers now a days. Oddly enough Rick is a 20 year experienced tech but he does not use all the big words to impress people below him. Rick talks as a normal person explaining things in simple language to where someone without any computer knowledge could understand him. As Rick started to work on one of the laptops he was explaining to me what went wrong, why it may have gone wrong, and what to do to not have things go wrong again. Rick advised me to upgrade my operating system because the one I was using is going to become outdated and Microsoft will not have support or updates starting around 2014. I found that to be possible and went with the upgrade on my software on both laptops. Mean time for the second laptop it needed a new key pad, cleaning, upgrades, and a few other things but that I had to wait to get done because the order for the keypad had to be made and shipped in. It was well worth the few days for it to come in. The biggest thing I liked about dealing with Completely PC and Rick is that he made me feel comfortable, not stupid that I didn't know what I'm talking about, the ability that Rick can multitask by working and still make you feel at home, as well as the reasonable prices. I also like the fact that Rick will stand behind his work and guarantee it. The only thing stopping me from rating Completely PC five stars is that Rick does not have all the fun stuff to look at, accessories like head phones, mice, keyboards, ect. He is also limited on computers he sells because Rick is more along the lines of customizing and building systems so parts need to be ordered. Over all I will recommend Completely PC for all computer needs and once the accessories come in I will give the five star rating they deserve.
