- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For windows we charge $2 a pain, $2 each screen to remove dust and clean, and $3 for sills and tracks. Move in/ move out cleaning we try to quote by the amount of hours we think it will take, and how much work is involved. Cleanings fridges and ovens are and extra $30 each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our main goal is the get job done for our customers. So finding out exactly what they need done is key!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly trying to learn new techniques. Also we try to learn as much as we can about any cemicals we us.
