Today George repaired an outside corner on our house. We started the project ourselves but realized that we needed help. He and his helper did a great job for a reasonable price. And left the job site clean. We will be happy to hire him again in the future, and have already referred him to one of our friends.

I told George what needed done around my home. I wasn’t around to see how it was gonna look. Everything was done that I asked him to do weeds pulled, bushes trimmed. He’s got one more thing to do and that’s power wash my ramp. And he told me his power washer was down so he’s gonna get it fixed and then he’ll be back to do that job. Also, do you need something done? I recommend George Cunningham.

George had taken care of a plumbing issue previously, so when kitchen sink sprung a leak, I felt comfortable texting him at 11 pm, he was there next morning at 10 with parts. His rates are reasonable (better than other professionals I have had to hire) and he and his associate were actually fun to be around. They treated me respectfully, as though I had a brain. They have always given prompt service for issues. I unhesitatingly highly recommend this handyman service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give written estimates for the work being completed, this way the customer knows exactly what is included for that price. However sometimes unforeseen obstacles and other problems may be hiding from sight. So we always inform the customer if anything changes that way we both are on the same page.
All our fees, materials, labor etc. are broke down and shown on the estimates.
We do offer special pricing and discounts throughout the year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Number 1 goal is customer satisfaction. We always want to meet with the customer and go over the project with them on site.
We feel by doing this we are able to look over the project, listen to what the customer wants and see if there are any problems or possibly a better solution to the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to attend classes whenever I can, trade shows, online training and I also have spent time at two different Union training centers taking classes from blueprint reading to operating heavy equipment.
