- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give written estimates for the work being completed, this way the customer knows exactly what is included for that price. However sometimes unforeseen obstacles and other problems may be hiding from sight. So we always inform the customer if anything changes that way we both are on the same page. All our fees, materials, labor etc. are broke down and shown on the estimates. We do offer special pricing and discounts throughout the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Number 1 goal is customer satisfaction. We always want to meet with the customer and go over the project with them on site. We feel by doing this we are able to look over the project, listen to what the customer wants and see if there are any problems or possibly a better solution to the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to attend classes whenever I can, trade shows, online training and I also have spent time at two different Union training centers taking classes from blueprint reading to operating heavy equipment.
