My wife & I are very glad we chose Ultra Roof to renew the roof on our home and definitely recommend them to other homeowners needing a high qualify roofing system, professionally installed, at a reasonable price.
Because we are so happy overall with the way the entire process transpired (from start to finish) I want to share some of our experience. Over the past few years our roof had been showing definite deterioration and we had been replacing damaged & missing shingles at an increasing rate. This year we decided to have our roof recovered by Fall (at the latest) so by the end of summer we started seriously shopping roofing contractors. We've been homeowners for many years and have needed various other types of repair work done, but never lived in one home long enough to need a roof replacement. But to be honest based on our experience with some of the other types of construction contractors we generally expect to be disappointed more often than not, so we were not looking forward to this journey, especially knowing that this roofing project would be one of the most expensive home repair projects we've ever needed.
But we finally narrowed our search to a few reputable big-name roofers in our area and were ready to call to make appointments for estimates, when one day we got a surprise visit from Ryan (the owner of Ultra Roof) who was in our area on another roofing project and stopped by because he noticed our roof was missing shingles and probably about due for replacement. We normally would not discuss our home repair needs with surprise visitors, but based on our past experience and my basic general knowledge of construction we became very impressed not only with Ryan's sincerity & integrity but also by his level of expertise, experience and enthusiasm, he seemed to actually WANT to do the work! We were further impressed by his willingness to listen to & discuss our concerns and take them into consideration along with a number of special circumstances regarding our particular roofing project. Right from the start Ryan put extra effort into proposing plans for an effective roofing system and presenting us with a set of options & estimates to cover our particular needs and more importantly by thoroughly answering any questions we had and explaining the reasoning by all of his suggestions & proposed plans. In my opinion finding a home repair /construction contractor with that combination of qualities is rare enough that it is somewhat of a novelty.
Anyways prior to discussing our roof with Ryan we had been thinking we would just have new shingles installed over our existing single layer of shingles, but after Ryan thoroughly explained the benefits of tearing off all of our old materials and installing a completely new roofing system we agreed that was the best plan for us. After much careful consideration my wife & I decided to go with Ultra Roof and again were very glad we did. We are happy with the speed at which the materials were delivered, how hard the roofers worked to get the entire job done correctly and how well they cleaned up afterwards. All said & done we are now happy to have a high quality long lasting roof, that was professionally installed at a reasonable price. Bottom line is we recommend Ultra Roof to other homeowners with similar needs and gladly give Ultra Roof the highest possible rating.

Ryan was recommended to us through Facebook. We explained our issue over the phone and he was here to inspect quickly. We had a leak, but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Ryan went through many options to try to find the leak, including crawling through our tiny, insulation filled attic to determine the problem. The roof was repaired the very next week and we didn’t even know he was here to do it. We were grateful to get the leak taken care of quickly!

We had storm damage to our roof and Ryan at Ultra Roof Inc did a great job working with our insurance company. Throughout the entire process Ryan was always responsive and helpful, and his team was on-time, hard working and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend this company!
