Greg was great! He showed up on time and he friendly and great with our dogs. Greg was honest and gave great information about HVAC specific to our home. He answered our questions patiently and charged appropriately. We will definitely use this service again!

I had a follow up appointment with Greg to install a face plate to cover up the drywall marks from my last thermostat. The ecobee I had ordered from Amazon didn’t come with the stock white plate, so I ordered a black one which I like better. I didn’t trust myself to do it properly so Greg came and installed it in minutes. Not only is Greg a professional, he is enjoyable to talk to. I would highly recommend him and no one else if you need HVAC work done. My wife is thrilled with how it looks which is always a plus! 😁

I had an ecobee smart thermostat premium installed at my house by Greg. Greg came on time, was professional, and completed the job quickly. He is very knowledgeable in his field, as well as personable. Many people who have no knowledge in HVAC/Plumming/Electrician related issues feel anxiety when having to get work done to their home because it’s like a second language to the common person. I did not feel that way with Greg. He explained things clearly. Lastly, he charged me a very reasonable and fair price. Another service provider in Columbus quoted me three times more than what he did. Greg’s company Service First is an accurate representation of his values and work ethic.
