- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very fair pricing without sacrificing quality. I am sure when you compare my rates you will see I am not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. Ask about a military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what the customer wants is first and foremost the most important thing. From there we will set a date and time. If need be I may come to look at the job before giving you a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained while in the Navy on general construction and repair. Over the years I have expanded and fine tuned my skills. Constantly reading and staying up to date on the most recent trends in the industry.
