Nat and Chandler were amazing! We had two very old bathrooms that needed a lot of work. They did an incredible job and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. It was a relief to work with someone who had our best interest in mind. They finished the project on time and the cost was extremely fair. I would hire them again for any project. They treated my home like it was their own. Thank you so much!

I originally hired Nat to do a total remodel of 2 full baths in our new home and he did a fantastic job with the baths. He did such great work and with the new house being such a dumpster fire my husband and I hired him for many more projects, including building a false wall to enclose an office space, totally tearing down and putting back up a ceiling, repairing electrical, plumbing, exterior wall, installing a window, installing LVF throughout the whole house, installing ceiling fans and light fixtures and the list goes on. Nat Floyd is a great communicator and he also takes the time to consult with the client and goes out of his way to help locate materials needed for a project. He is extremely responsive and takes pride in his work. The quality of his work is wonderful! Overall, you would be hard pressed to find any other "handyman" at Nat's value. Would definitely hire Mr. Floyd and son again.

Nate does wonderful work from painting to plumbing to electrical and flooring. He arrives on time and is very friendly and personable. I highly recommend him and will be using him again this fall when my new home is ready to move in. If I could give him 7 stars I would.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very fair pricing without sacrificing quality. I am sure when you compare my rates you will see I am not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. Ask about a military discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what the customer wants is first and foremost the most important thing. From there we will set a date and time. If need be I may come to look at the job before giving you a price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained while in the Navy on general construction and repair. Over the years I have expanded and fine tuned my skills. Constantly reading and staying up to date on the most recent trends in the industry.
