- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge per hour. Only per cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer see the house first to give accurate price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have some protocol to clean. We don't use shoes inside the houses, all toilet bowl is cleaned and sanitized with paper towel (others companys use clothes), we don't mix things we use from bathroom with things to use on kitchen (and it is very comum in anothers company's), we don't reuse clothes from other houses (all companys use the same clothes to mop all houses the same day), we sanitize all clothes when wash them with formaldehyde (powerfull desinfectant), normally other companys wash the clothes just using detergent.
