They were PHENOMENAL. I hire someone to clean, as opposed to doing it myself, because I just can't get my apartment as clean as I want it. They have power vacuums and left every inch of my apartment pristine. My rug looks brand new. Amazing. Thank you!

professional and efficient staff- did a great job, arrived promptly, able to follow preferences from me without any problems. Took fine care of my furnishings and walls and floors. Finished cleaning without incurring any accidental damage to property. Excellent, and I would use them again.

They did amazing our house has never been so clean! I am very picky and a clean freak so I have been through more cleaners than I can count but these ladies left my house spotless. They moved all the furniture to clean the floors and DID NOT spot clean they moved everything to clean every nook and cranny! I will be using them again and highly recommend DeFreitas Cleaning!

We scheduled a move-in cleaning and realized that it needed a little more work than originally planned. They were extremely accomodating to us being in the process of unpacking and with our kids running around. They did a great job and for a great price. We will be asking them to come back again.

They were a Godsend. I unexpectedly needed a "move in" cleaning during the height of the holidays. I was panicked but they made time in their schedules. The women were accommodating and lovely and did a beautiful job. So when the moving truck showed up, our belongings could be moved into a clean space. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge per hour. Only per cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer see the house first to give accurate price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have some protocol to clean.
We don't use shoes inside the houses, all toilet bowl is cleaned and sanitized with paper towel (others companys use clothes), we don't mix things we use from bathroom with things to use on kitchen (and it is very comum in anothers company's), we don't reuse clothes from other houses (all companys use the same clothes to mop all houses the same day), we sanitize all clothes when wash them with formaldehyde (powerfull desinfectant), normally other companys wash the clothes just using detergent.
