- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour. I keep a time sheet record of all of my time used to work on their project. Larger projects would require a deposit (to be determined) at the time of consult.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to have the client come to my home to discuss what type of work they are looking for and if it's something I would be able to do for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience in Executive Administrative skills, Office Manger, A/P, A/R, billing, invoicing, researching issues and resolving problems, correspondence, tracking of information via Excel or Access, Powerpoint presentation's, transcribing of meeting minutes / notes, agenda prep.
