We hired the good job company to rebuild our porch floor. They arrived on time and got to work immediately, gathered the supplies they needed, and finished the job in one day. The floor turned out beautifully. They cleaned up their mess, repainted, not only the porch, but also the steps which they didn’t charge us for. They were very transparent about the possible challenges they might face, and how that would change the price. It turned out that the subfloor was in decent shape and the were able to stick with their estimated charge. We would hire them back any time.
