Jason was very prompt, courteous, flexible and detailed in his communications as we orchestrated all of the logistics. Jeremy did a phenomenal job with the cleaning. Our pricing is extremely competitive. We've been doing this type of work for a long time now. On average BPW sells around 80% of our new customers. We like to believe it's because our prices are fair and the quality of our service is impeccable!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers have several options for quotes. Here on Thumbtack - they will receive our BEST valued price we can offer. We then setup a time/date for the service to be completed and confirmation is sent to their email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has nearly 20yrs. of experience in doing exterior cleaning projects. The team is knowledgeable and trained to make sure we're able to tackle ANY of your exterior cleaning needs!
