Please read below for more pertinent information related to our services.
Customers:
- Please remove any screens before my arrival, if possible.
- Please move any large items, furniture, valuables, etc from windows so there is enough space to operate. Anything we have to move in excess, there will be a charge for.
- Please be realistic with your expectations. I clean window panes, screens, and sills. I work hard and give effort to doing the best job for you. However - I am not a window tech, a repairman, or know about the construction of windows much. That’s another hire. There may be some residue, water spots, or spots I miss. It’s going to look great, but not perfect. That’s the nature of this, especially for far reaching or hard to reach windows or spots.
- Time is money. I charge for my service, but also time, fuel costs, and other factors that go into it. I am not the cheapest option, and that will stay that way. I offer a fair price and also offer discounts for repeat clients that have been with me before, many for several years now. There are other service providers who will charge less, but I will put my work and work ethic up against any of them. My testimonials and repeat customers attest to some of that.
- We accept cash, credit(only for commercial accounts and card must be on file), ACH, or check only(only on site once work is completed; we do not accept mailed checks, etc).
- Please let me know of any pets you may have. I enjoy being around them and I’m happy to say hi, but also want to make sure I accommodate for them and respect their space. If your pet is leery of strangers, please have them corralled and put away so they feel secure and not overly stressed.
- Please be sure to remove any hornet/bee nests on your property before my arrival especially during the warmer seasons.
- Please make us aware of any areas or plants or anything else that you would like left alone or undisturbed.
- I cannot guarantee service for requests within a 1-2 week deadline, especially during our busiest season(March - November). Please do not wait until with that time frame to inquire about service.
- Service is on a weather permitting basis. I cannot control the weather. I am more than happy to reschedule with you and am very flexible the majority of the time.
- Any other tidbits or unique aspects to a window or your home, please let me know.
