- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial Consultations with new patients are $175, follow-up consultations are usually $85, and acupuncture sessions are $65.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To be a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, requires at least 8 years of training, including a bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of medical school. Although Ohio is not one of the 20 states that currently regulate naturopathic medicine, our doctors hold licenses in other states that do license naturopathic doctors, which requires completing naturopathic medical school and completing licensing exams.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to verify that the provider you are looking to use is a true licensed Naturopathic Doctor. Since Ohio doesn't yet regulate naturopathic medicine, there are many people claiming to be Naturopathic Doctors that only have online degrees and these people are not eligible for a Naturopathic Medical License in any of the 20 states that offer them.
