- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a custom quote because of the various needs of the client. When we discuss a project at first we always offer a "ballpark" quote, but we need to discuss the specific nee of you and your company to make sure that we provide the best price as well as the best platform form for today's needs with tomorrows in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we normally have a discovery call that may last between 1-3 hours. The purpose of this is to pin point exactly what the client's needs are. Once we have finalized the needs, we will then offer a ball park figure of what the costs will be. If the client approves, we then will put together a detailed agreement that will need to be signed and returned along with the agreed payment plan prior to the development of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly learning. One of our staff is continuing their education in the field seeking multiple degrees in web development and mobile development. Also another of our staff is also a teacher at one of the local colleges teaching topics very much related to the industry.
