Erik came in and took care of two jobs we needed done immediately to sell our house. Price was way under what other contractors would charge. Good experience.
Front steps had cracked and support bricks were crumbling from age. John replaced bricks, molded new cement composite steps, rebuilt decorative retaining wall and re-grouted top ledge. Guys were extra friendly, played with my dog and did a great job, plus a few extras. Would definitely recommend. Call him for an estimate BEFORE you decide on a contractor. Prices were VERY fair!
Doesn't use subcontractors.. easy to work with.
Plaster walls are the devil to deal with and they were able to fix the walls in our small bedroom. They went out of their way to work around our schedule and got the work done quickly. We would use again for other services!!
Needed a big job done and not the fault to get it done. It rained every time they tried. But when they got started on the job it went great till they got rained out. So they came back to complete the work. I thank Brandon for being my choice to do the work. He gave me a great price and did a great job. So I gave him 5 stars. I will hire him to do other work that needs done.
Coban is so nice and personable and did excellent job. Will have him again.
I'm a contractor myself, and deal with subcontractors of every variety every day. Travis is one of the best I've ever dealt with. Skilled, fair, honest, flexible, responsive. Tri-Capital is HIGHLY recommended.
We recently hired Al-In Management to paint 7 rooms which included a 2 story foyer, a kitchen and a bathroom. The first thing I noticed is that they are striving to make a name for themselves. Get in contact with a few painters like we did and include these folks on your list. Youll quickly see how they separate themselves from the pack. They came prepared to take notes. They were responsive and kept their appointments. They didnt let other jobs get in the way of treating our project with the care and attention it deserved. They didnt let any issue get in the way of completing our project on time. This isnt always the case with contractors. They openly ask for criticism and on their work, but youll be hard pressed to find things done poorly. What will stand out from the beginning of the job is that they will come into it much more organized that your average contractor. Their steps are laid out and defined and each part is signed off on by their crew. They are more than willing to explain each step to you if you ask. One thing is for sure, you never realized how many steps there are to a professional paint job until youve had one done. There is more to it than just slopping paint up on a wall. It is an art form and a craft. Going into the project, we werent exactly sure of the entire scope of our project. They provided us with an itemized quote with a few different options. From here we were able to pick and choose to get our project in line with our budget. The final price of our project did not exceed our original quote. Without a doubt, we will be calling them for additional projects.
David was very quick to respond and submit a proposal to us. He was very helpful in the design process. Great communication with scheduling changes due to poor weather and would always return our call within an hour of us calling. His crew was very professional and polite. We are beginning a kitchen remodel with Paradigm Renovations in June. The kitchen design David did for us was exactly what I have dreamt about. We highly recommend using them for your home projects. He seems to have the crew to handle everything a homeowner could need. His pricing was very competitive with other contractors.
Brian did a project by remodeling and adding an office for us. The work was top quality. Special considerations needed to be made and they came out well. He also had a subcontractor named Craig who did an outstanding job and excellent finish work.
