Bryan and his team were phenomenal, and I would recommend them to anyone. And I have recommended them to many people now.
I have been investing in real estate since 2007. That has included rentals, flips, and our own homes. Throughout that time I have managed the project, and my wife has done the design.
In all that time and experience there is only one person who is in our top tier for electrician! Bryan is the one.
We did a major remodel, which required moving walls, moving plumbing, moving electrical, and so on. Some of the contractors did so-so, but Bryan stood out for several reasons:
He is reasonably priced
He is very skilled, which enables quality work done quickly
He is nice and easy to work with
And he is a problem-solver -- if you begin to explain what you want, he can think about it, leverage his experience, and develop a solution. Most contractors won't do that. They'll tell you "that's not possible."
It is great to have someone you can trust.
Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Bryan and his electrician business!
