- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a bid over the computer where possible but desire a visit to the home/job to determine what the customers needs and preferences are. Many times the bid price can be lowered due to a site visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing and Mechanical licenses in 2 states. 40+ years in the construction/maintanence trades. 20 years in water/well, conditioning service and installation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, light commercial, fast food restaurants, industrial.
