Some friends and I decided to host a self defense class for a girls night activity and we are so glad we hired Allison Moore at Protect Priorities. She and her husband were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by meeting us at our place at our time, pretty much on the fly. We are looking forward to hiring her again in the future for a mother/daughter class. She is both super sweet and super tough and we definitely learned a lot!

Women's Self Protection Instructor. NASM Certified Personal Trainer. American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED Program Certified.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been involved with sports, fitness, and coaching my whole life. I think it is important for women to be equipped, empowered, and educated on how to protect themselves and their families.
