I offer bare hands self-defense training, as well as aerosol (pepper spray), stun gun, and Kubaton training. I enjoy helping women feel more confident and more safe.

Allison is knowledgeable and professional. She is committed to bringing high quality self defense products to women and families and it shows in her attentiveness to detail and presentation. She educates herself about the products so that the consumer can have confidence in what they are purchasing and how to use it. She is also very friendly, easy going and brings positivity to the sometimes frank subject of defending oneself against attacks. I would highly recommend her and her products!

Some friends and I decided to host a self defense class for a girls night activity and we are so glad we hired Allison Moore at Protect Priorities. She and her husband were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by meeting us at our place at our time, pretty much on the fly. We are looking forward to hiring her again in the future for a mother/daughter class. She is both super sweet and super tough and we definitely learned a lot!

Women's Self Protection Instructor. NASM Certified Personal Trainer. American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED Program Certified.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been involved with sports, fitness, and coaching my whole life. I think it is important for women to be equipped, empowered, and educated on how to protect themselves and their families.
