Introduction: *Please note LTE Design has rebranded and is now Olive & Copper Interiors* My vision is to transform a room into its most beautiful space. Most of your time is spent either at home or work, so why not give these spaces the attention they deserve? From residential spaces to commercial projects, I’ve had the chance to work on plenty of interior design projects. I am extremely talented at balancing a room. I bring a great amount of harmony to every space. I love using my own creativity, though strongly believe to get to know my client so I can personalize the space to whom they are, where they've been, what's important to them, etc. My favorite part of a design is wrapping things all up and staging the space. I make sure the design is properly set before I finish up. Design should be unique, interesting, clean and beautiful. Meeting different types of people is one of my favorite parts of design. I love getting to know someone whom I am confident I will make very happy when they see their completed space!

My husband and I had zero idea where to start with our kitchen and living redesign and Lindsay helped hone in on and merge our individual design styles seamlessly. She was very knowledgeable on each finish and furniture piece proposed and provided some great options to choose from, we wish we could have picked them all! She was such a pleasure to work with and we can’t wait to use her services again on our master bed/bath soon.

I cannot say enough about Linday and LTE Design. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She made the entire renovation process an amazing experience by first ensuring that she understood my style / interests and then translated that into a beautiful HOME. I hired Lindsay to develop furniture layouts and to create a furniture procurement plan for a home that has a very interesting layout. She approached the project with the utmost professionalism and care and came up with plans that exceeded expectations. Lindsay even gave me a heads up that our contractor was not up to par and offered to help us find someone to address some of his shortcomings. Based on her feedback, we were able to negotiate some discounts from our contractor. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Lindsay. I would definitely work with her again and am actually looking forward to it. I've included some of the furniture plan renderings and actual photos of the finished space.

I have a rough pricing structure I go by. Though I range depending on project scope, preferences, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My schooling was extremely intense. My program drops 60% of students in just the first year. Aside from taking all types of interior design studios, we were to take construction classes, wood working, and multiple architectural studios.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was young I was always rearranging my family's home. I loved designing and was very good at art. My creativity led me into one of the best design schools in the country, where I graduated with a Bachelors degree.
