Introduction: Thank you for your consideration! We do not offer set hours. Availability is by appointment only and varies with many factors. We come to you and are available select evenings and Saturdays. Estimates cannot be stated until scope is well defined, project outline is completed, reviewed, approved and/or furnishings are selected. We are not a window or furniture repair service, but we offer our excellent full service. Please read on... Kathleen has been NCIDQ-certified and a Professional member of ASID since 1979. We truly love what we do! We are veteran designers you can trust! We also offer design consultation and our visualization software produces wonderful design renderings and mood boards for your reassurance before you purchase! Ask us to share examples with you! Patience, candor, willingness to listen and collaboration produce amazing design solutions and timeless results, reflective of the clients' budget and preferences, often working with many of your existing pieces. We offer all workroom services such as reupholstery for our design clients when they are a part of a larger design project or with an existing client. We are unable to supply a la carte labor-only or repair services for items purchased elsewhere, but we fully guarantee and service all client purchases. If you have your own fabric or materials, we are unable to assist you. Consultations are complimentary for our purchasing clients and we strongly resist time billings. An initial charge of $95 for initial consultations apply to meetings when more than 20 miles away. We offer a very fair, simple, rebatable retainer agreement based on a project outline and scope developed at the initial meeting. Investment ranges are always provided prior to commencing any design. Only in rare circumstances is there a consultation charge. A typical example might be with a good client who may be in planning stages of a major remodel with outside contractors/architect. We seek and cultivate positive longterm relationships with great clients who appreciate quality, our professional design difference and our diligence as their advocate. We are FULL SERVICE. TURN-KEY. We will not shop with you in local retail stores or advise you in the online consumer jungle of e-commerce/reseller/overstock sites. If this is what you seek, we are not the right fit for you. Through our fabulous LIVV Furnishings Collection, we offer over 150 vetted lines in Good-Better-Best range of all furnishings categories. We attend annual furnishings markets and are VERY well-trained in all we offer. All proposals are professionally presented (with options), utilizing state-of-the art technologies. We also offer virtual consultations. Prior to scheduling intial face-to-face consultations, we conference by phone for 15 minutes or more (and also via email exchange). We LOVE our clients and their gratitude when they thank us after experiencing results that exceed their expectations and realize the value they have experienced.
