Kaelyn is a professional, easy going, talented, and friendly makeup artist. I had been thinking about doing my own makeup for my wedding, but was glad that I made the investment to have her come out to our site for makeup application. Especially because I also don't put on a lot of makeup on a daily basis. She was on time, and didn't rush to get everyone done, because I know she had a family commitment later. I had been expecting a straightforward makeup trial, but during the trial, I had told her what I didn't like, and she redid them until I was satisfied with the results. My trial was 4 months prior to my wedding, and she still completed the makeup the same, if not better! She started my makeup at 10am, and at midnight, I still looked great, which lasted through rain and sweat. I even cried during our first look, and the mascara didn't budge. As a minimalist makeup wearer, I didn't want to be too made up, but enough to show in pictures, and I think she nailed it. I got so many compliments that night, even that I looked like a movie star. I was very satisfied with her work and would go back to her if I needed makeup application for another special event.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
From a young age I was always fascinated with makeup and the artistry behind it. I started doing my own event makeup in high school and built upon this skill set through adulthood. I enjoy meeting new people and helping their inner beauty shine through!
