One of the best meals I’ve ever had. I did a girls night and it was probably the best idea that we could’ve had. She was personable. She tailored everything for everyone in the group. I have to say we’re definitely gonna book again.

Chef Charlie was easy to work with and provided us with an amazing meal. I hired her to cook dinner for 4 adults while on vacation. The food was excellent and she easily navigated our request for the meal to be gluten free. She was prompt and professional. My friends and I had such an amazing time I failed to take any pics of the food but we had Cajun meatballs, arugula and fig salad with champagne vinaigrette, etouffe and lemon mousse with berries. The lemon mousse was probably the most surprising dish - it had the perfect texture and was beyond delicious. I would not hesitate to work with her again.
