I am not a licensed Dietician or Nutritionist. I cannot diagnose or provide supplements. I am a Wellness Chef/Consultant since 2000 I can offer food and recipe consulting, teaching, pantry/fridge redo and or Private Chef Service for the home or office. I am a Detox/Clean Eating Expert, Gluten/Grain Free Expert, Vegetarian/Vegan/Plant Based, Fodmap expert and many other dietary choices. In addition I teach cooking classes with knife skills included. My classes are different. Often times clients are looking to learn more about cuisines they're not familiar with. Considering my vast knowledge of recipes for specific diets, lifestyles and health issues we (myself and clients) choose a menu of 3-4 items to shop, prepare and cook learning new skills and techniques. This runs about 4 1/2 hours. With this you and your family or guests will have enough food to share. The cost for these classes usually run $225 plus your food costs. The recipes used will be emailed to you afterward. I'm not big on plastic food containers. I request clients purchase Mason Jars $12.99 for 12. I strive to teach how to eat well economically!
