Jim replied immediately and came to look at my gutter clog. Got on the roof and noticed several clogged so he cleaned/powerwashed all of them. Very nice, honest, responsive and fast!

After a number of years of my husband promising to clean our gutters, I decided to have someone do it for us. We hired him and today Jim and another associate of JG Exterior Cleaning did a great job cleaning our gutters. Communication was exceptional. My new house was built with smaller gutters than I requested. They have constantly over flowed and been clogged. I called Friday morning and the owner was able to fit me into his busy schedule the same day. By the time we had another heavy rain that Friday my gutters were no longer clogged. It was very satisfying that he not only showed up quickly between rain storms but offered me advice I was not even thinking about. Thank you for the great service. I will definitely call the next time i need my gutters serviced.
