I just spoke with Joe, our project manager and sales representative who supervised the job. He informed me that after completing the work, he washed down the roof, cleaned the gutters, and tidied up the patio. However, if there are any remaining concerns, Joe is more than happy to return first thing tomorrow morning to resolve them. I understand the project was completed today, and I deeply regret any inconvenience this oversight may have caused.
