The work looks good but have spent the last hour gathering all the old morter out of my backyard from having chimney work done so the grass can be cut.

I hope this message finds you well. I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the leftover mortar that was not addressed. I just spoke with Joe, our project manager and sales representative who supervised the job. He informed me that after completing the work, he washed down the roof, cleaned the gutters, and tidied up the patio. However, if there are any remaining concerns, Joe is more than happy to return first thing tomorrow morning to resolve them.
I understand the project was completed today, and I deeply regret any inconvenience this oversight may have caused. Rest assured, we will also give you a call first thing in the morning to ensure everything is properly addressed.
