What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more banks, credit cards, and transactions you have the more time it will take me. It will get more expensive the more layers that your business has, but I can work with you on price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hop on a call to learn more about you and your business. If that goes well we just gather some specific info, give you a quote, sign agreement, then we are off!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 degrees. One is an MBA and I am a certified quickbooks Pro Advisor
