Free estimates. Affordable and competitive prices. Either hourly rate or flat rate, depending on the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied for 6 plus years at the Ohio State University, taking classes in Architecture, Design, City and Regional Planning and Development, and Business, with a primary focus in Construction (electrical, framing, welding / fabrication, plumbing, HVAC, site surveying and development, estimating, scheduling, and structures). I am also a state certified real estate appraiser, so I am always taking to classes / continuing education that pertains to ther real estate appraisal industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed helping others and working with my hands. I can fix just about anything and I always ensure my work exceeds both mine and the client's expectations.
