Josh went above and beyond my expectations. My pool sat empty for 8 months after I found a large unexplained tear in my liner. Once I hired Josh he had cut out the liner and showed me the wall had buckled inward after sitting without water so long. He was able to repair my pool back to its original working order, as well as a perfectly installed a liner.

I have owned a pool for over 15 years. The initial installer retired. His business was sold to Classic Pools and Designs in Etna Ohio. I have purchased all my supplies and equipment with this company for 13 years. The good news is that I have never needed MAJOR repair/replacement services, Until the last year 2018. Of course, I hired Classic Pools and Design. One year later, several phone calls, in-person consultations, and on-site inspections during cold and rainy days were completed. Two Thousand Dollars in repairs were completed. Those repairs lasted 3 weeks. Classic Pools and Designs charged me 1300.00 for a liner that was too small, pool wall degradation left unaddressed and skimmer replacement with inadequate gasket coverage. The reason I know this now is BECAUSE: To the RESCUE: Southern Oasis, Joshua Arnett. I found him on THUMBTACK. This Company is TOTALLY professional and within a reasonable cost. The owner himself, was on site, all day, worked/supervised with the crew, monitored the weather for optimal installation success. Josh consulted with us, explained each course of action and followed thru with everything. I have a beautiful pool again! Josh's fee was extremely lower than Classic Designs. Classic Designs refuses my calls, will not reimburse me for any of the work and products involved. Josh is such an upstanding professional that he only addressed what he needed to do to pull my pool up. Not once did he make any negative remarks about the prior company work. I hired his Company for consultation and performance. That is what I received.
