- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is meant to be straightforward with no hidden fees or surprises. It is based on complexity of project, duties entailed and estimated time to complete all on a flat-rate based model so that the end-user (client) knows exactly what they can expect and how much with no fear of overages!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I follow all QuickBooks blogs and Intuit support blogs. I keep up to date on new changes coming down the pipe. I regularly subscribe to view what is new in accounting technology and software and have beta tested many. I have served on panels designed to help make QB and other software programs more efficient. I also continue to get and or renew my QB certifications and Acumatica Certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with a lot of small businesses who had the same needs: quality work with flexible and flat rate-based (affordable) pricing that they could budget accordingly on. No one likes surprises especially when it comes to their bills. Knowing what they can expect to pay and knowing that they are not sacrificing quality of work drives our passion for this line of work. We can be that resource!
