I have a Sanitizer that i use that kills bacteria and odor especially with virus concerns. I have been using the big guys. The majority can care less. They have a system they follow. If it does a good job, it's a good deal. If not, the system will usually leave some dirt and stains. If you questioned them. They tell you day follow the quide lines given by the company. They have been in business for 100 yrs. Doing the same thing from that time to present. It just doesn't work that way. This guy did not come in with a 100 ' suction hose. Instead, he came in with a big portable carpet cleaner. Using a 10' vacuum hose. That vacuum enables him to do a great job. I watched him, he didn't just pass once. He went over the carpet until the carpet was clean. I hired him to do the carpets to surprise my wife. That was yesterday. She was amazed at how clean it was. Once the carpet dried over night. It had a pleasant smell and gave a very fluffy feeling to our feet. Amazing for carpet that is 15 years old. Daren did a great job on our carpets. We had a few bad stains that we knew would not come out, but Dana was able to make them less noticeable. I would definitely hire him again. I like to support small business owners. One thing I would ask to change is that when given a quote that it includes the extras, that way if not warranted the price will go down. I am not a fan of the nickel and dime game upon arrival, that’s what the BIG companies do. Also, I asked that Dana use the utility tub in laundry room to dump out dirty water, and he used my tub and toilet. I wasn’t happy about that, but not enough to give him a bad review. I am very happy with the carpets!! I gave him a tip for a job well done!!
