If I could give 10 stars I would! I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Noah and Cincy Climate Control. From start to finish, the level of communication, honesty, and professionalism blew me away—especially in an industry where that’s often hard to find. I was navigating a stressful HVAC issue and had already spoken with multiple contractors. Most were pushy, upselling full system replacements or giving me vague and inflated estimates. Noah, on the other hand, was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I needed. He took the time to explain every part of the system, what was necessary and what wasn’t, and made sure I understood all of my options. When he came out for the install, he checked my existing coil and confirmed it was in good condition, no unnecessary upsell, no pressure, just a solid, honest approach. He sourced a high-efficiency 3-ton unit for a very fair price and completed the installation in under 4 hours. Everything is running perfectly. Cincy Climate Control did a great job installing my dual mini-split. Noah made sure everything was installed properly and worked perfectly. He was very courteous and swept up when needed. I would definitely use Cincy Climate Control again.
