- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE estimates for newly installed heating and cooling systems. For service, we charge a $69 trip and diagnostic fee to come out and access the problem with your heating and cooling system. If you decide to go with our company for the repair of your system we will credit you the $69 charge of the repair invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new installations we first, we love to learn about the customer and what their expectations are from us. We want to make sure we create a solution that fits their needs. Second, we will evaluate the current system to make sure it was properly sized. Third, we will educate the customer on a variety of indoor air quality solutions to ensure the home is as comfortable and healthy as possible. Fourth, we will provide a customized quote, taking in consideration the above information, that will create the best solution for the homeowner. Lastly, one of our skilled installation teams will come out to complete the installation of the new heating and cooling system at a time that works best with the customers schedule.
